Hello and Welcome!

As a life coach I'm committed to helping you improve your relationships with yourself and others, and, to assist you to actively affect your well-being.

I offer you tools and practical coaching for how to build and sustain important bonds, and, facilitate repair where there are broken ones.

I'll serve as your compassionate witness to support you in grieving losses and moving forward from many of life's challenges.

I'll coach you in ways of relating to yourself and others that will enhance your empowerment in everyday interactions. I also provide you numerous hand-outs that reinforce the work we do in session.

I believe the keys to a healthy life include non-judgment, forgiveness, self-responsibility, a healthy sense of humor, and honest partnership with a committed listener. Together, we'll tune-up your relationship to yourself and your world to allow the best of you to shine through.
